Installs, maintains, and repairs complex equipment at customer sites to keep systems running safely and reliably.

  • Diagnose equipment faults using tests, logs, and customer reports

A day in the life

  1. Review service tickets, plan travel, and confirm tools and spare parts
  2. Arrive on site, follow safety checks, then troubleshoot and repair
  3. Test the system with the user and explain what was fixed and why
  4. Update service records, order parts, and schedule follow-up if needed
  5. Join a remote call with engineering to resolve a tricky recurring issue
