WE · WELLBEING · ALWAYS FREE

Small tools for the moments that get in the way.

Short check-ins tell the app how you're doing. It then suggests the tools and reads that fit: calm down before an exam, start focusing, wind down for sleep, ask for help. You can also open any of them whenever you like. Two to fourteen minutes each, always free.

IN THE APP

How it works, day to day

1

Check in.

Two questions a day on how you feel and what matters today; once a week, seven each on focus, energy and people. The app turns them into your Wellbeing Map: four areas, each marked steady or not.

2

Get tools that fit.

From the map, the app suggests the tools and reads for where you are: low energy gets a gentle restart, a stuck week gets a ten-minute start.

3

Or pick your own.

Every tool and read is there to browse by what you need: calm, focus, energy, connect, reflect, a habit. No check-in required.

THE WHOLE SET

All 30 tools and 32 reads, by what you need.

Three tools and three reads are open on this page. The rest are in the app, free, once you've created an account: suggested from your check-ins, or picked by you.

CHECK-INS

Four areas, four short check-ins.

A daily one with two questions, and a weekly one each for attention, energy and people. Together they make your Wellbeing Map, which decides what the app suggests. The answers stay private, and nobody else in your life can see them.

WHAT THIS IS, AND ISN'T

Practical tools. Not therapy.

What it is:

Short, practical tools for four things: attention, direction, connection and capacity. Each one is a few steps you do yourself. The app suggests, you choose. There is no chatbot and no AI anywhere in wellbeing.

If you need more than a tool

These tools are for ordinary hard moments. They don't replace a counsellor or a doctor. If you're struggling, talk to someone you trust, or call a helpline: in India, Tele-MANAS, 14416, free, any time. Outside India, findahelpline.com lists free helplines by country.

QUESTIONS

Things people ask.

Is wellbeing really free?

Yes. Every tool, read and check-in is free for everyone with a Welica account, with or without a subscription, and it stays free after the trial.

Do I need an account?

Not for the six items open on this site. For the rest, yes, because the app keeps your check-ins and suggests tools from them.

Is there AI in it?

No. The check-ins use fixed questions, the suggestions come from simple rules, and the tools are written by people. Nothing you type is read by an AI.

Can a parent or teacher see my check-ins?

No. Check-ins are private to the account.

Does it work on its own, without a career path?

Yes. You can use Welica for wellbeing and life skills only, and add a career path later or never.

Thirty small tools. Yours, free.
