Pick the role. Welica lays out every chapter to get there: the skills, the project you’ll build, the people to reach, the interview questions you’ll face. One short step a day. Here's what it looks like inside the app.
What a path involves
At 30 minutes a day, 5 to 7 days a week. At 15 minutes a day it takes about twice as long. The plan adjusts to the minutes you set.
Start: see the work up close.
Skills: short lessons, then practice.
Proof: build a project you can show.
People: meet people who do the job.
Interview: questions and a mock interview, with feedback.
Decide: choose your route and any credential.
Apply: applications, on your timeline.
In the app, AI is optional and always labelled: it gives feedback on practice answers, interview answers and the mock interview.
A chapter is one to three weeks of real work, done in short daily steps. It starts with a short read and ends when you rate your skills on what you actually did. The example is the real Data Analyst path.
A session is one screen at a time. Most steps take a few minutes; a project step can take twenty. Busy week? Set fewer minutes a day and the plan adjusts.
Miss a day and nothing breaks. There are no streaks. The next step is there when you come back.

By the last chapter, this is what you can show. The numbers are one role’s; every role has its own.
Where a career quiz ends, this begins. Not lessons you watched: things you made, rated, answered and decided.
Everything is free for 3 days. No card. After that:
Employers care about how you communicate and handle pressure as much as technical skill. And a career plan takes months, so staying calm and focused matters too.
Yes. The career intelligence is reviewed monthly, and every screen that uses it shows its review date.
