  2. Walk the floor to confirm priorities, parts availability, and crew assignments
  3. Update the schedule as breakdowns or rush orders change the plan
  4. Chase approvals, permits, and vendor ETAs to unblock maintenance work
  5. Close out work orders and send end-of-day status and KPI updates
