Creates desserts and baked goods for guests and customers, managing recipes, timing, and food safety to deliver consistent quality.

  • Design dessert menus and seasonal specials that fit the kitchen style and budget
  • Prepare doughs, batters, creams, custards, and fillings using accurate measurements
