What a UI Designer does

Designs the look and layout of app and website screens so people can use products easily and confidently.

  • Design screen layouts, UI components, and visual styles for digital products
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for key user flows
  • Build and maintain design systems, patterns, and reusable components
  • Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering to align on requirements
  • Review designs for accessibility, consistency, and platform guidelines
